Ingredients:

Note: I Have written all the ingredients that are used in this recipe. Prepare these ingredients first then start making the Recipe.
  1. Chicken Thighs(8large with bones)Skin on
  2. Dijon Mustard(1/2cup)
  3. Brown Sugar(1/4Cup)
  4. Red Wine Vinegar(1/4Cup)
  5. Dry Mustard powder(1tsp)
  6. Salt(1Tsp)
  7. Black pepper(1tsp)
  8. Dried chipotle Pepper(1/2Tsp)
  9. Cayenne Pepper(1Pinch)
  10. Garlic cloves(4Minced)
  11. Onion Rings(1Medium sized onion)
  12. Vegetable Oil(2Tsp)

Chicken Thighs Recipe:

  • Take the chicken thighs and cut each piece from the bone with the help of a knife and each cut should be 1 Inch Apart. Make Sure that there are 2-3 slashes in each chicken piece.
  • Take a bowl and add dijon mustard, mustard powder, red wine vinegar, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, Chipotle pepper and mix everything well. Add Garlic and whisk until everything combined.
  • Take a plastic bag and add chicken thighs and all the marinade mixture and marinate the chicken for 4 hours or overnight for better taste.
  • Move Rack to the microwave and heat the oven to 230 centigrade or 450 Fahrenheit. Line baking sheet with the aluminum foil paper and lightly oil the foil.
  • Add onion rings and scatter them in the baking sheet add chicken thighs and sprinkle salt and cayenne pepper if desired. Spray or brush thighs with vegetable oil.
  • Roast the chicken in the oven for 35-45 Mins until the juices run clear.
  • Take a serving plate and transfer the chicken and onion to the serving platter. Pour the pan drippings to the saucepan and stir it for 4-5 mins until it is reduced to one half.
  • Spoon Each dripping sauce over the chicken thighs and serve. Also, serve with lime and Hot sauce.
