  2. Rice Vinegar(1Tsp)
  3. Nori Seaweed(1Sheet)
  4. Sesame Seeds(1Tsp)
  5. English Cucumber(1/4Cutted In Matchsticks)
  6. Carrot(1/2Cutted in matchsticks)
  7. Avocado(1/4Thinly Sliced)
  8. Soy Sauce And Pickled Ginger(optional)

Preparing The Ingredients:

To Prepare Sushi rolls recipe. Cook The Sushi Rice(Recipe Is Provided Below).
Take Unseasoned rice vinegar. the nori seaweed sheet must be toasted properly.
sesame seeds must be toasted. Carrot and cucumber must be peeled and cut in matchsticks.
Avocado should be thinly sliced. soy sauce and pickled ginger are just for serving and it is optional.

Preparing Sushi rice:

For 1&1/4 cup sushi rice add a&1/2cup water. Add Only Rice Vinegar(1Tsp) any other vinegar will taste bad. Add 0.5TSp salt and 0.5TSp sugar. Mix All Together in the pot at medium flame. After that let it cool in room temperature you can also put them in the freezer but this will break your rice. If You Are Making Sushi For The first time then only prepare half of this recipe. and taste. The Sushi rice is the main ingredient in sushi rolls recipe.

The Main Recipe:

After Making The Rice Let them cool in room temperature.
Take A Bowl And Add 2tsp of water and 1tsp vinegar.  Place a bamboo sheet with bamboo strips facing you horizontally.
Place toasted nori sheet shiny side down horizontally.
Dip Your Hands in the water, Vinegar mixture and take rice to pour them on nori sheet and make a thin layer.
Upper 1/3Part of nori sheet will be uncovered don’t put anything in that part.
Place the cucumber, carrot and avocado slices and arrange them.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over it. You can make more salad for sushi rolls recipe if you need it.
Lift the nori sheet up (your fingers must be in the filling or up to the filling) and Lift it up And then roll up the sushi and make a roll. Moisten The Nori Sheet with water, Vinegar mixture.
 Cut The Roll In 8 Pieces with a sharp Knife. And Make 8Pieces.
Take The Sticks to make sushi bars and enter each stick in each role just like ice-cream.
And maker sushi bars. Place in the airtight container and sprinkle sesame seeds. and refrigerate them until ready to go.
Serve them with soy sauce and pickled ginger.
