  7. Dark soy sauce(2Tsp)
  8. Low Sodium Soy Sauce(2Tsp)
  9. Sesame oil(2Tsp)
  10. Dry Sherry(1Tsp)
  11. Water(2Tsp)
  12. Vegetable Oil(1Tsp)
  13. Chili Paste(1Tsp)
  14. Garlic clove(1)Minced
  15. Cornstarch(1/4Cup)
  16. Sesame Oil(1dash)
  17. Water(1/2cup)

Main Recipe:

  • Take A Bowl and sift cornstarch, baking soda, and baking powder. Pour In sherry, low medium soy sauce, Vegetable oil, sesame dash, and 2 Tsp water Mix everything well until it gets smooth. And Stir for mixing. Stir in chicken until coated with batter fully. Then cover it and marinate it for 30 Mins or refrigerate it for 20 Mins.
  • Meanwhile, Take A Saucepan and add Chicken broth, Sugar, Vinegar, Dark soy sauce, Sesame oil, Chili paste, and Garlic and boil it on medium flame Don’t Give high flame or it will dissolve the ingredients. Take the best ingredients for preparing a sesame chicken recipe.
  • Add 1/4 cup cornstarch into 1/2 cup of water, and stir into the boiling sauce(We Made Earlier) mix everything well.
