Ingredients For Quiche Recipe:

Note: I have written all the ingredients used in this recipe. So, prepare these ingredients first then start making this awesome recipe.

  1. Salt(1 Tsp)
  2. Curry Powder(1/4 Tsp)
  3. Chopped Zucchini(1/2 cup)
  4. Salt(1/2 Tsp)
  5. Unbaked Pastry Shell(1)9 Inch
  6. Ground Black Pepper(1/4 Tsp)
  7. Butter(2 Tsp)
  8. Ground cinnamon(1 Pinch)
  9. Chopped Onion(1&1/2 Cup)
  10. Eggs(5) Main Ingredient In Quiche Recipe
  11. Green Bell pepper(1)
  12. Milk(1/4 Cup)
  13. Tomatoes(1 Cup)
  14. Grated Parmesan Cheese(1/4 cup)
  15. Sliced Fresh Mushrooms(1/2 Cup)
  16. Shredded Cheddar Cheese(1/4 Cup)
  17. Garlic(1 clove)

The Main Recipe:

  • Take the zucchini and sprinkle the salt over it and let it sit for 10 Mins to drain the water in it.
  • To prepare Quiche Recipe pre-heat the oven to 235 degrees c or 450 degrees f.
  • Line the unbaked pastry shell with double aluminum foil.
  • Bake this pastry shell for 5 mins and remove the aluminum foil and again bake for 5 mins until color changes to brown.
  • Reduce the oven heat to 175 degrees c or 350 degrees f.
  • For Quiche Recipe Melt butter in the skillet and stir in tomatoes, zucchini, bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, and garlic. Cook this for 5  mins and stir in curry powder, 1/2 tsp salt, pepper, and cinnamon.
  • Spoon this mixture into the crust. Beat the eggs in the bowl and add parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, and milk.
  • Stir It and carefully pour over vegetables.
  • Bake it for 40-46Mins until the knife comes out clean from the center.
  • Let It cool for 5Mins before cutting.
