In The Frying Pan Add All the Seeds Which are Mentioned Above And Roast Until Fragrant And Let It cool Down For 5Mins. In The Spicer Or Grinder Add all The Roasted Spices And Make A Fine Powder And Set aside. Take A Bowl And Add All The Mixture And Lemon Juice, Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt, Mustard Oil, And Mix well. Slit The Green Chilies And Fill The Chilies With All The Mixture. In The Other Pot add cooking Oil, Cumin Seeds, Ginger And Mix well. Add Stuffed Green Chilies And Turmeric Powder And Mix It For 3-4 Mins. Add Remaining Mixture. Mix Everything well.
