You can serve It With Baked Beans For extra rich taste. This Is Gluten-free recipe and everyone knows that egg has many proteins and potato also have proteins this is why this recipe is called High Protein Breakfast. Don’t heat the Oven too Much. Drizzle With oil Sprinkle with Oregano. Cook Potatoes For 10Mins But Don’t Give Too Much Brownish Colour. Add The Mushrooms If You Don’t Like Mushrooms then Add Whatever You Like In This Empty Place.

Ingredients For High Protein Breakfast:

  1. Potato Diced(500g)
  2. Shallots Sliced(2)
  3. Olive Oil(1Tsp)
  4. Dried oregano(2Tsp) Or Fresh Leaves(1Tsp)
  5. Small Mushroom(200g)
  6. Eggs(4)

High Protein Breakfast Recipe:

Heat the Oven for 200 Degree centigrade. Take a Nonstick Bowl And add the potatoes(if Not Baked Then You have Choice To Parboiled Them First) and shallots drizzle with oil and sprinkle the oregano. Mix Everything well. Bake for 35-43Mins add the mushrooms and bake for 10Mins again.
Make 4Gaps in vegetables crack the eggs into each space. return oven for 4-5 mins. And cook Eggs as you Like them.
Serve with baked beans and Grilled Tomatoes.

Note:

According to this high protein breakfast recipe, Don’t Slice The shallots too thinly or they Will burn. This Gives a bit Dry taste so add some Baked Beans. Add bacon In Place of Mushrooms if you Don’t Like Mushrooms. In The Condition, If The potatoes Not Baked Then Parboiled them first then Bake Them But Remeber Timing is everything.
