  1. Black Beans(16Ounce)1Can(Drained)
  2. Green Bell Pepper(1/2 cut into 2-inch pieces)
  3. Onion(1/2Cut into wedges)
  4. Garlic cloves(3Minced)
  5. Egg(1)
  6. Chili Powder(1Tsp)
  7. Cumin(1Tsp)
  8. Thai chili sauce or hot sauce(1Tsp)
  9. Bread crumbs(1/2cup)

Burger Recipe:

  • If you want to grill,  then pre-heat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil a sheet of Aluminum foil(Aluminium foil helps to keep food moisture). Also Oil the Grate with a brush.
  • If You Want To Bake The Healthy Burger, Then pre-heat Your oven to 190-Degrees Centigrade or 375- Degrees Fahrenheit, and lightly oil a baking sheet or use the aluminum foil.
  • Take a medium-sized bowl, add black beans(drained and rinsed) and mash with the help of spoon or fork until it becomes thick and pasty. Take a blender or a food processor, add bell pepper, onion, and garlic. And Chop or blend everything properly. Now stir into mashed beans. And Mix Again For 1 Min.
  • Take a small-sized bowl, Add egg, Chili powder, Cumin, and Chili sauce and stir and mix everything well. Stir the egg mixture into the mashed beans mixture. Add in bread crumbs until the mixture is sticky and holds together(If Not then add more bread crumbs but don’t put too much).
  • Divide mixture into four patties.
  • If You Want to grill, then preheat the grill(The temperature is provided above) and place patties on aluminum foil, and grill about 8 minutes on each side. If You Want to bake, then pre-heat the oven(The temperature is provided above) place patties on the baking sheet, and bake about 10 minutes on each side.
