  1. All-Purpose Flour(1 Cup)
  2. Cornstarch(2 Tsp)
  3. Baking Powder(1 Tsp)
  4. Salt(1/2 Tsp or to taste)

  7. Plain Yogurt(1/2 Cup)

The Main Recipe:

  • To Prepare Fish Tacos Recipe Take a bowl and add flour, cornstarch, salt, and baking powder and mix everything well until it is combined. Take Another bowl and add beer and egg and stir the beer and the egg then pour the flour mixture and mix everything. There are a few lumps but don’t worry.
  • Now Let’s Prepare the white sauce for this purpose Take a medium sized bowl and mix yogurt and mayonnaise together. Gradually Stir In Lime juice until the consistency is runny. Now Season This with Jalapeno, Capers, Oregano, Dill, Cumin, and cayenne.
  • For This Recipe Heat Oil into the deep fryer to 190 Degrees centigrade or  375 degrees F.
  • You Have To Take The Fish pieces and dip it into the flour mixture then dip into beer mixture and finely Fry it until golden brown. Don’t Fry Too Much. Take A Dish and drain the fish in the paper towel.
  • Lightly Fry Tortillas Don’t Give Too Much Crispiness. Take your serving dish and place Tortilla Add Fish Pieces and fill it don’t add too many pieces now pour the white sauce and add Cabbage.
