  • Take your meat and a bowl. Add meat in the bowl and rub the turmeric over it and set aside.
  • Heat oil in the pressure cooker at medium flame and add cardamom, garlic cloves, cinnamon, and, fennel seeds and saute for a minute. Add ginger garlic paste, onion and green chili and cook until onions are translucent.
  • Add mutton masala, tomatoes and salt and cook for 5 mins until tomatoes break down. To fully prepare the Easiest Mutton Curry Recipe, Add the mutton and potatoes and a cup of water.
