  8. Ground turkey(1Pound)
  9. Salt(1/2tsp)

Ideal Protein Recipe:

  • Take a bowel and mic chipotle sauce, ginger, rice vinegar, soy sauce, agave syrup and mix everything well to make a new sauce.
  • Take a large skillet or wok and heat cooking oil and sesame oil over medium heat.
  • Add ground turkey and cook until juice runs in and stir at the clumps continuously or occasionally for up to 6mins.
  • Season Pepper and salt and transfer the turkey to a bowl, reserving juices in the wok or skillet.
  • Add coleslaw, red bell pepper, ginger, and onion in the wok and combine it.
  • Cook the coleslaw on medium heat until it is wilted 1 to 2 mins.
  • Add sauce and mix everything for 1 Min.
  • Return turkey to the wok and heat it for 2-3Mins.
  • Sprinkle the sesame seeds over it and serve.
  • Add ginger paste if you don’t want to put minced ginger.
  • Use coleslaw Mix with red cabbage and carrot for maximum Colour.
