Ingredients For Chicken Tikka:

Note: I  Have Written All The Ingredients Used In This Recipe. So, prepare these ingredients first then start making this recipe.

  1. Plain Yogurt(1/4 Cup)
  2. Grated Fresh Ginger(1 Tsp)
  3. All Ground Spices(2 Tsp)
  4. Green Chili Minced(2 Tsp)
  5. Paprika(2 Tsp)
  6. Roma Tomatoes(2 Diced)
  7. Black pepper(1/2 Tsp)
  8. Tomato Paste(1/2 Cup)
  9. Boneless Chicken Breast Cut in pieces(1 Pound) the Main Ingredient In Chicken Tikka
  10. Water(1/4 cup)
  11. Cayenne Pepper(1/2 Tsp)
  12. All Ground Spices(1 Tsp)
  13. Ground Coriander(1/2 Tsp)
  14. Ground Coriander(1 Tsp)
  15. Salt(1/2 Tsp)
  16. Turmeric(1/2 Tsp)
  17. Vegetable Oil(3 Tsp)
  18. Heavy Whipping Cream(1/2 Cup)
  19. Cumin Seeds(1 Tsp)
  20. Salt(According To Taste)
  21. Onion(1 Large)
  22. Cilantro(1/2 Bunch)
  23. Garlic Cloves(3 Minced)

The Main Recipe:

  • Take a large bowl and add yogurt, 2Tsp all ground spices, black pepper, paprika, 1/2 coriander, 1/2 salt, cayenne pepper. Mix Everything Well. Add The Chicken strips, Coat them and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 Hours.
  • For Preparing Chicken Tikka Pre-heat Oven to 230 degrees c or 450 degrees f.
  • Grease A Baking Sheet.
  • Bake The Chicken Strips in The pre-heated oven for 10Mins and set them aside.
  • Heat The Skillet over Medium Heat And Add the Vegetable oil. Cook Cumin seeds for 3 mins until aromatic. Add onion and cook for 5 mins and ginger, garlic, green chilies and cook for 15 to 20 Mins.
  • Add tomatoes and tomato paste and water and cook for 10Mins.
  • For Chicken Tikka turmeric, 1/2 tsp all ground spices, coriander powder, and cook into the tomato mixture. Mix in cooked chicken and cream and stir to coat.
  • Cover And Simmer For 10Mins.
  • Season With salt and garnish cilantro.
  • For Cooking The Chicken Tikka On Grill, Turn On the Grill To Medium Flame.
  • Grill The  Chicken Strips Until Golden Brown.
