Take Blender And Add half cherries and blend. After that Set Aside Them.
Chop Remaining Cherries into chunks.
Take A Pan And Add Cherry Puree, Sugar, lemon juice and cook for approximately 10 Mins.
Add Lemon Zest And Cook for Another 15Mins.
And Check It By Ice Cold Plate Technique(Take A Cold PlateAnd Pour A little bit jam on it and press if it likes a jam then stop cooking).
Transfer Cherry To Container And Let It Cool.
It Can Be Stored For Up to 1Month.
